Position Title: Bookkeeper

Job Summary:

Seeking a Bookkeeper with financial analyst experience in the trade industry, maintenance, or pool sector for a permanent position in PH.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial records and ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
  • Analyze financial data and prepare reports for decision-making purposes.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable duties.
  • Reconcile bank statements and maintain general ledger accounts.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in Bookkeeper or closely related roles.
  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with financial software and MS Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
