The Opportunity

Healthway (HMC, INC.) is seeking an ambitious and driven Sales Officer (Corporate Healthcare Account) to join our dynamic team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for proactively growing our corporate healthcare client base and driving revenue growth within the metropolitan Makati City area. As a full-time employee, you will play a pivotal part in the company's continued success and expansion within the Philippine healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new corporate healthcare clients
  • Actively prospect, network and cold-call potential clients to generate new leads
  • Conduct needs-based consultations to understand client requirements and craft tailored healthcare solutions
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to decision-makers
  • Negotiate contract terms and close sales effectively
  • Provide excellent post-sales support and foster strong client relationships
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations and account management teams
  • Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in corporate healthcare sales or a related field
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to identify client needs and provide consultative solutions
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and sales enablement tools
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
  • Ambitious, self-motivated and results-driven
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
