Posted today — Job Description: The Information Company, OpenText, provides production monitoring of data, error analysis, and acts as the customer contact for questions on usage, functionality and problems encountered with OpenText products and services. Responsibilities include providing production support, analyzing issues, notifying customers, and escalating as needed. Work cross-functionally to deliver quality resolutions and contribute to the knowledge base. May require on-call and weekend rotation.

What it takes:
- Experience with Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Experience with databases (SQL, Oracle).
- Experience with Active Directory.
- EDI knowledge preferred.
- Strong English communication; ability to deliver technical solutions to customers (EDI savvy or not).
