Overview

UL Skin Sciences Inc. (ULSSI) is the personal care business unit under the Unilab Group. It is one of the largest local personal care companies with strong brands like Myra, pH Care, Gynepro, Celeteque, Fortima, & Lactezin.

The Ecommerce Marketing Officer will implement all marketing and growth solutions to drive commercial success for ULSSI brands on e-commerce platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise, experience, and knowledge in performance planning, digital marketing, affiliate marketing, livestreaming, content creation, and other Ecommerce commercial tools.

Responsibilities
  • Drive Ecommerce Marketing Strategies: Develop and execute marketing plans to boost brand discoverability and increase sales across online platforms.
  • Optimize Campaign Performance: Analyze sales data and key metrics to uncover trends, improve Return On Ad Spend (ROAS), and deliver actionable insights through performance reports.
  • Maximize Media and Platform Tools: Utilize external media (e.g., Meta) and platform-specific tools such as live stream, video content, in-platform ads, and affiliate marketing to improve engagement and sales conversion.
  • Lead Affiliate Program Growth: Manage and expand the affiliate marketing program by recruiting partners and creators, tracking performance, and driving strong affiliate contributions to overall sales.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience in Ecommerce Marketing, particularly with expertise on major online platforms, Digital and Ecommerce agencies, or Ecommerce brand roles.
  • Proven ability in performance planning and analytics within an E-commerce framework.
