Job Description:

  • Monitor orders across Shopify, Shopee, and Lazada, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with the Ecommerce Specialist &/or Billing team to ensure prompt order packing and shipment.
  • Manage and optimize in-platform ads and promotions on Shopee and Lazada to increase visibility and conversions.
  • Track and analyze ad performance, adjusting campaigns to achieve ROI and sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to align promotions with broader marketing campaigns.
  • Leverage data insights to refine in-platform advertising strategies and maximize impact.
  • Work with Ecommerce / Billing Specialist to expand and engage Small Business Club clients
  • Develop & implement programs to retain existing members and drive conversions among potential clients.
  • Manage inquiries and engage with customers across Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.

Requirements:

  1. Proficiency in Shopify platform management, including analytics and user experience optimization.
  2. Experience with Shopee and Lazada marketing tools, including Sponsored Solutions.
  3. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  4. At least 2–3 years of experience in ecommerce or a related role.
  5. Strong analytical skills for campaign performance and conversion tracking.
  6. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  7. Graphic design skills are highly preferred.
