Role Overview:
As a Remote Recruitment Specialist, you’ll source, screen, and place candidates across various roles, while working from the comfort of your home. If you have at least 1 year of experience in sales and sourcing, and you're ready to take your recruitment career to the next level, we'd love to meet you.
What You’ll Do:
Actively source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and online platforms
Conduct initial screening interviews via phone or video
Manage and update job postings across multiple sites
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
Meet daily and weekly recruitment KPIs
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process
What We’re Looking For:
At least 1 year of experience in sales and candidate sourcing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly self-motivated and organized — able to work independently
Tech-savvy and comfortable using online recruitment tools (e.g., JobStreet, LinkedIn, Facebook)
Can manage multiple roles in a fast-paced, remote work environment
Nice to Have:
Experience recruiting for BPO or high-volume positions
Background in Psychology, HR, or Business (preferred, not required)
