We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented SEO Specialist based in the Philippines (Manila, Cebu, Davao, Philippines etc.) to help improve the visibility and search engine rankings of multiple seminar and coaching websites, many of which are focused on major U.S. cities.

Skill Builder Seminars is a small company with 30 years of experience in the seminar, coaching, and training industry. We offer high-quality training seminars, coaching programs, and online courses for business owners, speakers, HR professionals, and consultants. With multiple websites in multiple niches, already live, and more launching soon and we’re ready to invest in a long-term SEO partnership with the right expert.

As our You’ll be working across several websites, helping us grow our organic reach and visibility. And perhaps giving us keyword and other suggestions for paid ads as well. Your work will include:

• Auditing current search rankings and identifying SEO improvement opportunities
• Fixing technical SEO issues (site speed, indexing, mobile responsiveness, etc.)
• Optimizing page titles, meta descriptions, headings, and content for target keywords
• Creating strong internal linking structures across pages and posts
• Building high-quality backlinks through ethical, white-hat methods
• Keyword research for new and existing pages
• SEO-friendly content suggestions (optional but a big plus)
• Monthly performance reporting and suggestions for improvement
• Using SEO, guide me as to the best lead magnates I could create.
• Tell me what kind of lead magnates my competitors are offering too.
• Interact with our video editor to provide tips for our 2 YouTube channels

Our SEO Specialist job position is a full-time remote role.

• You are free to make your own hours
• A full workday of 8 hours per day is required, 5 days a week, and should include a lunch break and other breaks as needed
• Work is not required during major Philippine Holidays

• Top-performing blog topics – what’s getting search traffic and ranking.
• Search intent – Behind the keywords
• What your competitors offer – As lead magnets in similar topics.
• Where to place opt-in offers – On the page for best conversion
• Structure funnels – (e.g., blog ➝ lead magnet ➝ email drip ➝ offer).
• Our 2 YouTube Channels – best SEO titles and keywords, etc.

• 10 seminar websites (each focused on a different major U.S. city) -> growing to 50 sites.
• Coaching, course websites for speakers, consultants, and business owners
• 2 growing video channels (YouTube SEO is a possible plus)
• Other misc. sites we have online – lots of variety, niches, etc.

• You must be based in the Philippines
• Proven experience with WordPress SEO
• Familiar with tools like Google Search Console , Ahrefs
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
• Able to work independently and provide clear data and updates
• Meet with us once a week via Zoom
• Communicate with our video editor and provide SEO tips

• This is meant to be a full-time position with good pay, BONUSES, and long-term job security.
• Pay is negotiable based on your experience, skill level, and the results you can deliver.
• A PAID test project is required for the final candidates before the most qualified person is hired.
• Then ongoing full-time work based on performance with a monthly salary paid twice a month.

We’re looking for a talented, detail-oriented SEO Specialist based in the Philippines to join our team full-time and help grow multiple coaching, speaker, and seminar brands across the U.S. and worldwide. You’ll manage SEO for several WordPress websites (city-based seminar sites, coaching programs, and YouTube channels), performing keyword research, fixing technical SEO, optimizing content, building backlinks, and offering SEO strategy suggestions. Experience with tools like Google Search Console and Ahrefs is a must.

This is a long-term role for someone who is proactive, fluent in English, and excited to make a big impact.
