Skills and Qualification: Supply Planning Collates monthly export rolling forecast from Sales and uploads export rolling forecast (RF) to the S&OP process Prepares Consensus Latest Estimate (CLE) by consolidating information/data of budget, LY, CF, and LE Conducts monthly supply review meeting with BU Planners on the production schedule of export orders Provides export sales with a weekly updates on the constrained forecast and supportability Monitors the FG and RM/PM inventory of export products Order Fulfilment Coordinates with Sales on shipping requirements and schedule Coordinates with Broker, Forwarder, Trucker on export shipment Coordinates with BU Logistics on export loading from proper stock allocation to dispatch Monitors loading process and secures loading report and photos of container loading from BU logistics Prepares shipping documents needed for the shipment and ensures timely completion before shipment arrival Provides loading report and shipment update to Sales Others Prepares and regularly updates historical sales database, export checklist, and packaging guide Validates shipment related claims of customers Reviews billings and prepares Payment Request Memos (PRM) for payment processing Ensures Offer Sheet and contracts are regularly updated for brokerage, trucking, and forwarding services Prepares monthly report on FTH expense Conducts quarterly operations review with BPG and brokers, forwarder and truckers Assists the Exports Supply Chain and Logistics Manager in any strategic or ad-hoc task as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr
