Manage daily stock control functions, including reconciliation of product movements, cold storetransfers, and dispatch records. Prepare and verify export documentation — including packing lists, commercial invoices, exportdeclarations, and bills of lading. Liaise with freight forwarders, transport operators, and cold stores to ensure accurate and timelydelivery. Monitor product temperatures, labelling, and pallet configuration to meet export and QA standards. Support continuous improvement initiatives across the export logistics function. To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements: Previous experience in meat processing, export logistics, or warehouse coordination (preferred). Strong knowledge of export documentation, container loading procedures, and cold chainmanagement. Proficient with inventory control systems and MS Office applications. Excellent communication and organisational skills. High attention to detail and ability to perform under time pressure. It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in: 2+ years of experience Any inventory control and/ or export documentation system background Preferably knowledgeable and has experience with AU shipping companies, but will consider candidates with local dispatch experience (Preferably from fast-moving industries).
