Position Logistics Coordinator – PH Global Jet Express Inc. (J&T Express) Location Pasig, National Capital Region, Philippines Responsibilities Analyze daily indicator data and guide agency areas to address related issues. Coordinate with other departments to promote achievement of indicators. Correct and improve standard operating procedures for receiving, dispatching, shipping, and handling problematic items. Optimize system monitoring logic by analyzing abnormal and indicator data across all links. Organize and conduct training meetings for agency areas, summarize daily monitoring data, and output improvement cases to encourage areas to improve. Develop assessment policies for modules. Visit agency area branches periodically to identify problems and develop case manuals. Qualifications 1–3 years of relevant experience in logistics management or a similar field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Experience in large company headquarters is preferred. Strong self‑motivation, independent learning ability, and team collaboration skills. Experience in team management or successful independent organization of activities. Excellent skills in forms or PowerPoint prioritized. Ability to work under pressure and overtime. Stable work experience and noteworthy achievements from previous roles.
