Export Sales Executive

Position Overview Position Overview: primary responsibility will be to drive the company export sales growth and expand its international market presence. SA will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing relationships with customers and partners, and achieving sales targets. The executive will also maintain strong relationships with clients and provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. This role requires a strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of international trade dynamics. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy and Target Achievement: Develop and implement a sales plan to achieve export sales targets and penetrate new international markets. Identify potential customers and proactively pursue sales opportunities. Analyze products / brands mixes suitable for target consumers (Overseas Filipino consumer) and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies. Business Development: Generate leads and establish relationships with potential international customers, distributors, agents, and partners. Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company products and expand the customer base. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective international customers. Understand customer requirements, provide product information and technical support, and address inquiries and concerns. Collaborate with internal functional teams to ensure timely order processing, shipment coordination, documentation and delivery to customers. Sales Negotiation and Closing: Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales deals with customers. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts while adhering to company policies and profitability objectives. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with export regulations and customer requirements. Sales Reporting and Analysis: Track and report sales activities, sales performance, and market trends to management. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement, optimize sales strategies, and maximize revenue growth. Provide regular sales forecasts and contribute to budget planning and target setting. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Purchase, documentation, production, finance and Design. Labeling to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Coordinate with logistics team to arrange timely product shipments. Qualifications and Skills Bachelors degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field. Proven experience in export sales, business development, or a similar role in the consumer industry. Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets. Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify market trends, customer needs, and sales opportunities. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively present and persuade customers. Proficiency in using ERP software, MS Office applications, and sales-related tools. Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous. #J-18808-Ljbffr
