Responsibilities Analyze complex business problems and propose technological solutions that align with organizational goals. Act as a liaison between IT teams and operational departments to ensure effective communication. Develop and document detailed business and system requirements for IT projects. Assess potential risks and devise mitigation strategies for IT project implementations. Identify technology trends and insights to support and evolve business processes effectively. Facilitate and lead meetings with stakeholders to gather project requirements and feedback. Oversee the testing of new systems and enhancements to existing systems. Continuously evaluate business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Provide support and guidance to junior analysts and other team members. Ensure change management procedures and methodologies are consistently followed for all projects. Coordinate with the project management team to develop realistic project plans and timelines. Prepare and deliver presentations on project progress and outcomes to senior management. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of five years experience in IT business analysis or a similar role. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. Proven ability to manage complex projects and collaborate with multiple business stakeholders. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective stakeholder engagement. Experience with business intelligence tools and understanding of data analytics is desirable. Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP) is an advantage but not essential.
