Viral Pick Corporation "Narratech Solutions" is looking for Business Analyst Job Description: The Business Analyst will be responsible for independently gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from clients and stakeholders. This role involves direct engagement with client teams, including merchants and end-users, to understand workflows, pain points, and goals. The Business Analyst will create and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) that serve as the foundation for product design and development. The Senior Business Analyst will provide support, coaching, and validation, but the Business Analyst will own the requirements process end-to-end. Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Requirements Ownership -Lead the discovery process by conducting interviews, workshops, and research with client stakeholders, departments, and users. -Analyze business processes, workflows, and data to identify opportunities and define requirements. -Create and maintain comprehensive BRDs that clearly articulate business needs, goals, and constraints. -Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and aligned with business objectives. 2. Stakeholder Collaboration -Work directly with clients to understand their business context and translate it into actionable requirements. -Collaborate with product managers, solution architects, system analysts, designers, and developers to ensure alignment and clarity. -Present findings and documentation to internal and external stakeholders for feedback and validation. 3. Workflow & Process Mapping -Develop diagrams, flowcharts, and models to visualize business processes and user journeys. -Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement areas in existing workflows. 4. Support & Validation -Participate in solutioning discussions and provide business context to technical teams. -Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by validating that delivered solutions meet documented requirements. -Work closely with the Senior Business Analyst for guidance, feedback, and continuous improvement. Qualifications: -Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. -2–4 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role. -Experience in software development projects; fintech experience is a plus. Skills: -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. -Proficiency in creating BRDs, process maps, and workflow diagrams. -Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). -Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart, or similar.
