Job Title: Retail Sourcing & Fulfillment Coordinator Location: Cupertino, CA – hybrid schedule Duration: 12‑month contract, 40 hours per week Pay Rate: $50.95‑$55.95 per hour Role Overview: We are seeking a detail‑oriented and organized Retail Sourcing & Fulfillment Coordinator to support our client’s procurement and project management teams. The successful candidate will act as a critical link between project planning and execution, ensuring that project requirements are met efficiently and on schedule. Key responsibilities include reviewing project scope documents against construction drawings, managing the workflow for proposals and change orders, and executing the end‑to‑end order management process. This role will also maintain a project status tracker, communicate delays to project managers, assist with reporting, and provide essential administrative support to the project team. Key Responsibilities: Review project scope documents and validate project requirements against construction drawings Initiate and manage the routing of procurement proposals and change orders Maintain the project status tracker and communicate delays to project managers Place orders with vendors and track order fulfillment to project sites Help develop and maintain reports leveraging project scheduling, budget, and cost data Provide administrative support to the project manager, including note taking during coordination meetings and monitoring vendor schedules as needed Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree 2+ years of supply‑chain and/or vendor‑management experience Intermediate Excel proficiency Experience with construction project management software (a plus) Experience reading construction drawings (a plus) #J-18808-Ljbffr
