Overview:

The Visual Merchandising Associate plays a key role in shaping Issy's brand experience across kiosks, department stores, and events. This role ensures that all visual displays and spaces reflect Issy's brand identity while enhancing customer engagement and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop kiosk layouts, department store counters, and in-store displays that align with Issy's brand standards.
  • Support in conceptualizing and designing event spaces, including pop-ups, product launches, and special brand activations.
  • Create visual merchandising builds and installations for new launches, store openings, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between merchandising concepts, marketing campaigns, and store operations.
  • Source and coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and fabricators for production of display materials, fixtures, and builds.
  • Assist in project management, including timelines, budgets, and quality checks for builds and installations.
  • Provide support in maintaining visual merchandising guidelines and execution consistency across all store formats.
  • Conduct on-site visits to oversee installation and ensure proper execution of designs.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably has experience working in cosmetics, beauty, or retail industry.
  • Proficient in SketchUp (required) and other design/rendering tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
  • Strong sense of design, attention to detail, and understanding of spatial planning.
  • Good communication and coordination skills for both internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A degree in Fine Arts, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is an advantage.
