Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Procurement Specialist located in Mandaue. The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials and products. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating supplier performance, ensuring procurement policies are followed, and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves working closely with vendors to ensure timely delivery of quality products at the best prices.

Qualifications

  • Procurement, Sourcing, and Negotiation skills
  • Experience in Supplier Performance Evaluation and Record Maintenance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in retail or supply chain management is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
