Prepare and publish job advertisements across online and offline platforms to ensure a steady flow of qualified applicants. Conduct initial interviews and assessments, ensuring timely feedback and coordination with hiring managers. Maintain complete and accurate documentation of recruitment and pre-employment requirements. Hiring Coordination and Onboarding Support Schedule interviews and coordinate with department managers for timely evaluation and selection. Facilitate pre-employment processes, including reference checks, medical exams, and contract preparation. Conduct orientation for new hires and ensure proper endorsement and onboarding coordination. Recruitment Administration and Reporting Maintain accurate and updated manpower and recruitment records in both 201 files and HR information systems. Support the updating of manpower plantilla and recruitment-related reports. Perform administrative tasks such as filing, document tracking, and report preparation as required. Job Specification EDUCATION : Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and other allied courses. EXPERIENCE : Gained at least two (2) to three (3) years related experience as Recruitment Specialist from retail and hospitality industry doing volume and fast-paced recruitment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
