Job Description Own and grow the entire e‑commerce/e‑distribution business as the brand key account in‑charge. Drive brand performance on third‑party online marketplaces and manage brand stores. Manage brand P&L, budgeting, and negotiate & implement marketing campaigns on various marketplaces to optimize brand achievement. Collaborate with stakeholders (warehouse, finance, marketing, data science, external teams) to optimize store operations and business efficiency. Build optimal price, promotion and assortment strategy for the brand. Report and present data to key brand stakeholders. Conduct demand planning, forecasting, analyze data and trends. Develop processes and tools to improve scalability across markets. Requirements Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. Prior experience in the beauty category or beauty industry is a plus. Experience with e‑commerce campaign management and platform operations on marketplaces. Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders. Proactive and capable of working independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
