What we’re looking for We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who will assist in executing multi-channel campaigns, manage content creation, and support marketing operations. This hands-on role involves collaborating with the marketing team to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, maintaining web content, supporting webinars, and tracking key metrics. You’ll gain exposure to email marketing, social media, SEO, paid media, and analytics, playing a critical role in the company’s marketing success. Responsibilities Assist in executing multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, paid ads, and web. Build and schedule email campaigns using tools like HubSpot Support lead generation efforts and contribute to pipeline growth in alignment with sales. Draft, edit, and publish blogs, emails, landing pages, and social media content. Grow and manage social presence, particularly on LinkedIn, by drafting and scheduling posts. Conduct keyword research, optimize content, and update on-page SEO elements to enhance search rankings. Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns. Track campaign performance, contribute insights, and propose improvements to enhance ROI. Gather and organize marketing data to analyze performance and guide strategy. Maintain the marketing calendar and ensure deliverables are completed on time. Update website content using CMS platforms like WordPress or Webflow. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, ideally in SaaS or associations. Proficiency with email marketing tools Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow) or basic HTML. Experience managing social media platforms, especially LinkedIn. Working knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs). Familiarity with paid media platforms like LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads. Comfortable using Zoom for webinars or virtual events. Basic skills in data analysis and reporting. Fully fluent in English Ability to work U.S. business hours (Pacific Time, Central Time, or Eastern Time) This position is for serious, career-oriented candidates Other qualities we look for Experience or interest in the association or membership-based market is a plus.
