Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Coordinator based in Makati City. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including developing and executing marketing strategies, coordinating events, managing sales activities, and contributing to project management efforts. Additionally, the Marketing Coordinator will work on enhancing communication materials and supporting writing tasks for various projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Execution
    : Develop, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, content, email, and social media.
  • Content Creation
    : Create marketing materials and manage social media accounts.
  • Market Research
    : Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer needs, and competitive landscapes, using this data to inform strategies.
  • Data Analysis
    : Track sales data, analyze market trends, and measure campaign effectiveness to gauge performance and make improvements.
  • Event Coordination
    : Plan and organize marketing and community events, coordinating logistics and requirements.
  • Vendor & Team Coordination
    : Liaise with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and communication.
  • Reporting
    : Prepare marketing reports by collecting and summarizing sales data and other relevant information for management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong Communication and Writing skills
  • Experience in Event Planning
  • Project Management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus
  • Familiarity with the F&B industry is a plus
