Business Analyst (Mobile Application Project)

We are looking for an experienced Digital Business Analyst as a key facilitator in one of our Agile teams. Working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, you will lead the product/system feature analysis activities, document requirements, conduct workshops, create User Stories, perform Acceptance Tests and see features through to the market. You’ll peer with product owners, developers, designers, testers, DevOps, and provide support to stakeholders on a daily basis.

Requirements

• Experience working as a Business Analyst in agile software development environment
• Handled mobile apps in android and iOS, and Web Application within the last 5 years.
• Proven track record of facilitating digital product feature elaboration and development
• Proven track record of delivering impactful digital product features on different platforms (web, app etc.)
• Practical experience creating user story, acceptance criteria and business requirements
• Working knowledge of digital project artifacts such as sitemaps, wireframes, visual design, prototype
• Working knowledge of the Atlassian suite of tools (Jira, confluence etc.)
• Well-versed with Agile, Lean and Continuous Delivery principles
• Enjoy working in fast-paced and collaborative environment
• Have a genuine passion for great quality and user experience

Nice to have:

• Experience in the media industry, especially in streaming on-demand products
• Shift: Monday to Friday: 6:00am- 3:00pm or 7:00am- 4:00pm PH Time; depending on business needs
• Location: Makati | *Work from Home Until Further Notice
• Status: Full-time employment or Contractual engagement
