Job Description

Set-up: Onsite

Schedule: Day shift

Responsibilities
  • Analyze the feasibility of IT projects, defining functional solutions according to specifications, to ensure the provision of appropriate business support
  • Elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for changes in business processes, policies, and information systems
  • Work as a liaison among IT and the different stakeholders to understand the structure, policies, operations, and information systems of the organization
  • Analyze and assess the needs of the business users and translate them into requirements, ensuring they are correctly adapted to current technological solutions, or create new solutions that interact with existing ones
  • Prepare the functional specifications and design of information systems to meet defined business needs, analyzing the technical viability of the solution and the integration of systems and technologies in line with corporate standards
  • Design IT solutions to respond to changes in existing or new systems
  • Plan, design, manage, execute, and submit reports using tests to ensure that new or modified systems, configurations, packages, or services, together with any interface, are developed as specified and that risks are correctly documented
  • Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements
  • Bridge the gap between business requirements and technology solutions and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of requirement specifications, process flows, and the creation of business case scenarios
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements
  • Develop and document business process models to illustrate current and future state
  • Elicit, document, and manage business and system requirements using best practices (e.g., use cases, user stories, process flows)
  • Identify and recommend system enhancements or process improvements
  • Work with verschillende stakeholders to implement solutions and ensure they align with business goals
  • Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and executives
  • Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by creating test scenarios and ensuring that requirements and specifications are met
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or any related field
  • Minimum of 5 years as a Business Analyst or any related role
  • Experience with tools such as JIRA, Visio, or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies ( Agile, Scrum, etc.)
  • Experience in system migration, implementation, and project management is beneficial
  • Having a background in the Non-life Insurance Industry is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent in communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with business process modelling and documentation tools
