Are you a data-savvy strategist with a passion for aligning business teams and driving performance? ECLARO is looking for a Go-To-Market Analyst to play a pivotal role in our aggressive growth initiatives across the specialty insurance space.

As part of our forward-thinking Revenue Operations team, you'll partner with Sales, Marketing, and Underwriting to turn data into strategic decisions and fuel 20% year-over-year growth.

What You'll Do:

  • Uncover market opportunities and whitespace through territory intelligence
  • Power targeted marketing campaigns and sales outreach with data-backed insights
  • Build dashboards and analytics to track pipeline health, performance KPIs, and early deal risk
  • Optimize lead routing and engagement using platform like Salesforce.
  • Predict underwriting success by analyzing submission patterns
  • Support broker engagement strategies and monitor satisfaction metrics
  • Serve as a go-to expert for GTM tools (e.g., 6sense, Outreach, UserGems)

What We're Looking For:

  • 3–5 years in GTM, RevOps, BI, or similar roles
  • Proficient in Salesforce, SQL, Power BI, and Excel
  • Experience with marketing intent tools and sales engagement platforms
  • Excellent storytelling and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience in insurance, MGA, or broker-led distribution
  • Familiarity with underwriting workflows or submission quality analytics
