Responsibilities
  • Identify product gaps and recommend new product categories or lines to strengthen ConcepStore’s assortment
  • Develop relationships with prospective brand partners and negotiate collaboration terms
  • Drive product development by working closely with sourcing and supply chain teams
  • Evaluate potential partners’ brand equity, alignment to ConcepStore’s values, and business viability
  • Work with third-party brands to co-develop launch and marketing strategies
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product onboarding and continuous availability
Product Strategy and Lifecycle Management
  • Recommend price positioning strategies that align with consumer value perception and business profitability
  • Monitor product performance and recommend lifecycle actions (e.g., expansion, refinement, or discontinuation)
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product onboarding and continuous availability
Volume Forecasting and Inventory Planning
  • Forecast sales volumes for new and existing SKUs to support demand planning
  • Align volume targets with marketing, sales, and operations teams
  • Monitor inventory levels and proactively manage product availability to avoid overstock or stockouts
Marketing Integration and Execution
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop launch plans and campaigns for new product acquisitions
  • Ensure product value propositions are clearly translated in all online touchpoints
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and use insights to improve future product acquisition strategies
Competitive and Market Monitoring
  • Stay abreast of competitor product launches, partnerships, and market movements
  • Recommend acquisition and pricing strategies to maintain competitive advantage
  • Provide regular insights and reports on trends, consumer behaviors, and category opportunities
Consumer Experience Alignment
  • Ensure that acquired or developed products meet the expectations of ConcepStore’s core segments
  • Gather and respond to consumer feedback and performance data to improve assortment relevance
  • Support continuous enhancement of the overall online shopping experience through thoughtful product curation
Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in product development, brand partnerships, or business development, preferably in e-Commerce or retail
  • Strong understanding of white-label development, brand onboarding, and online product merchandising
  • Demonstrated ability to build strategic partnerships and negotiate contracts
  • Solid experience in forecasting and working with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, logistics)
  • Highly analytical with strong commercial and consumer insight skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive projects from ideation to execution
