We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper with experience in Quickbooks Desktop to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our accounts payable function, ensuring timely and accurate payments to our creditors.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Review and process payments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage daily and weekly cash disbursement summaries.
  • Ensure sufficient weekly funding and review disbursement documents.
  • Maintain complete accounting documents for disbursements and review check vouchers.
  • Communicate standard procedures and policies to each department and monitor disputed payment issues.
  • Prepare quarterly and yearly budgets and review monthly aging of payables.
  • Supervise and train staff, and prepare files for payroll.
Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • Knowledge of accounting and auditing principles.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with Quickbooks Desktop and general accounting procedures.
