We’re seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Bookkeeper to join our CPA firm. The ideal candidate has strong U.S. bookkeeping experience, is proficient with QuickBooks and Lacerte, and has at least 1 year of experience in U.S. tax preparation.

Responsibilities:

• Perform full-cycle bookkeeping using QuickBooks (Online and Desktop)

• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts

• Assist in personal and corporate U.S. tax preparation

• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements

• Collaborate with CPAs and respond to client inquiries

• Maintain organized and accurate financial records

Location: Onsite in Cebu City for 2 months and transition WFH after.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM Eastern Time Zone

• At least 1 year of bookkeeping experience in a CPA firm (required)

• Minimum 1 year of U.S. tax preparation experience (required)

• Fluent English communication skills

• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Lacerte

• Strong attention to detail and time management
