TOA Global Clark Freeport and Special Economic Zone Job Title: Junior Bookkeeper Location: Clark, Pampanga | Tarlac City | IT Park, Cebu City Shift: 9:00PM - 6:00AM, Monday to Friday, Night Shift Work Arrangement: Onsite UNLOCK YOUR POTENTIAL AT TOA GLOBAL ABOUT THE ROLE: Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of financial transactions Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts Process accounts payable and accounts receivable Prepare and post journal entries Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes Support the preparation of tax returns and audits Maintain organized filing systems for financial documentation Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting principles Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 1-2 years of relevant experience (accounting or finance) Experienced Full cycle bookkeeper + AR, AP, Reconciliations Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting Proficient in Microsoft Excel and any accounting software Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to meet deadlines and work both independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications (Not Required): Yardi, Quickbooks Online or Desktop Internship or coursework experience in accounting or finance Knowledge of GAAP or IFRS standards Experience with ERP systems Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Accounting/Auditing #J-18808-Ljbffr
