ABOUT THE ROLE Accurately categorize client transactions within QuickBooks Online. Record journal entries as requested by clients or our onshore team. Manage accounts payable and receivable by recording bills and invoices. Perform monthly reconciliations of bank and credit card statements. Generate and provide initial analysis of financial statements, including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheets. Assist with cash flow management by maintaining predicted cash inflows and outflows using QuickBooks Planner. Support the team with other bookkeeping and administrative tasks as needed. ABOUT YOU A minimum of 3 years of professional bookkeeping experience, with a focus on working with US small business clients. Demonstrated proficiency with QuickBooks Online Fluent in English, both written and verbal, for clear communication with clients and team members. Strong understanding of GAAP. Proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word) and other productivity tools. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and manage multiple client deadlines. A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is a plus. WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
