ABOUT THE TEAM: Reporting to the Manager, Sales Operations, the Sales Ops Analyst is responsible for providing information and insights regarding customers sales history, customer pricing, opportunity history, net potential opportunities and budgets that will support in business decisions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO: The Sales Operations Analyst, Demand Generation will assist operations in executing business to business proactive outreach to key contacts in prospective companies to generate awareness and interest in our software solutions. The position will support the Demand Generations team in contributing new qualified sales pipeline to support company revenue objectives through creating, improving and implementing campaign procedures.

Job Description

Job purpose
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for assisting RM’s in managing regions, developing new business from existing clients and actively seeks out new clients, handling sell-in and sell-out requirements of dealers, and monitoring/disseminating topline objectives to retail partners.

Duties and responsibilities

• Development and management of regional retail customers, responsible for regional monthly ST and SO agreements
• Management of regional channel groups to achieve monthly/quarterly ST and SO goals
• Follow up target achievement of core customers in the region and maintain good customer relationships
• Implement regional channel, marketing and retail strategies, promotions according to plan
• Complete other relevant work given by the regional manager

Qualifications

• Familiar with Philippine operator policies and requirements
• Good relations with major operators in the Philippines
• Rich experience in Operator Customer Management and customer handling
• Mobile phone industry experience of not less than 5 years
• Administration related experience is an advantage
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to multi-task while complying with process

Working conditions

This position requires working with different nationalities. Regular working hours are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, 6 days a week as needed. Field work, trade checks and store visits required. Requires working with challenging clients.

Salary : Php50,000.00 - Php90,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
• Commission pay
• Overtime pay
• Performance bonus
