Senior Invoicing Clerk (Accounts Receivable)

Responsibilities
  • Issue accurate invoices for each of the different businesses on a timely manner
  • Ensure proper and accurate recording transactions in our financial systems
  • Deal with queries effectively from both internal stakeholders and external clients
  • Provide day-to-day support to the Credit Controller, and the wider finance team
  • Provide day-to-day support and assist in the preparation of documents and schedules and supporting information for internal stakeholders
  • Assist in the preparation of documents and schedules and supporting information for the external auditors
  • Assist in any ad hoc task as directed from time to time
  • Support with the training and development of more junior members of the team
Qualifications
  • Education and Qualifications: Degree of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Financial Accounting or Management Accounting.
  • Work Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Other Skills and Experience: High level of accuracy and attention to detail; ability to work independently and as part of the wider team; strong MS Excel skills and proficiency in other Microsoft Office products; ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines; maintain confidentiality and discretion in all areas; strong written and verbal communication skills.
