Job Description

Responsibilities

Below are some of the responsibilities you will have as a Senior Invoicing Administrator:

  • Issue accurate invoices for different business units in a timely manner.
  • Ensure proper and accurate recording of transactions in our financial systems.
  • Handle queries effectively from internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Provide day-to-day support to the Credit Controller and the wider finance team.
  • Assist in preparing documents, schedules, and supporting information for internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparing documents and schedules for external auditors.
  • Assist with any ad hoc tasks as directed.
  • Support the training and development of junior team members.

Qualifications

Desired Skills and Experience

Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Financial Accounting, or Management Accounting.

Work Experience:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Other Skills and Experience:

  • High accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion.
  • Strong communication skills.
