Invoicing Manager

Job DescriptionWHAT YOU WILL DOOwnership of ensuring that accurate invoices are issued, on a timely basisWorking with the business to provide insight as to how the invoicing and collections process can be improved, and driving new initiatives in this area (such as direct debit collections)Enhance and develop processes and procedures for the functionBuild an effective relationship with all parts of the business, delivering a well respected and efficient service for invoicingAbility to work with the wider finance team as we consolidate financial systems which will require input and support to ensure that the consolidation meets the invoicing needs for the businessManagement and development of invoicing clerksEffective and timely completion of other activities as directed from time to time.QualificationsABOUT YOU5+ years of prior experience within invoicingSupervisory / managerial experience highly advantageous  Professional accountancy certifications would be desirableExperience of finance system migrations would be beneficialEffective communication, with experience of reporting to managementStrong attention to detail, organisational and analytical skillsProactively takes ownership of work with a drive for resultsStrong Excel and Computer SkillsUnderstanding of multi-currency, working in a global environment.
