Overview

Invoicing Manager | Hybrid, Day 1 HMO — ACCA Careers

What you will do
  • Ownership of ensuring that accurate invoices are issued, on a timely basis
  • Work with the business to provide insight into how the invoicing and collections process can be improved, and drive new initiatives (such as direct debit collections)
  • Enhance and develop processes and procedures for the function
  • Build an effective relationship with all parts of the business, delivering a well-respected and efficient invoicing service
  • Collaborate with the wider finance team as we consolidate financial systems to meet the invoicing needs of the business
  • Manage and develop invoicing clerks
  • Complete other activities as directed in a timely manner
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience within invoicing
  • Supervisory / managerial experience is highly advantageous
  • Professional accountancy certifications would be desirable
  • Experience with finance system migrations would be beneficial
  • Effective communication with experience reporting to management
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational and analytical skills
  • Proactive ownership of work with a drive for results
  • Strong Excel and computer skills
  • Understanding of multi-currency, working in a global environment
