Location: Pasig, National Capital Region, Philippines

What you will do
  • Ownership of ensuring that accurate invoices are issued, on a timely basis
  • Work with the business to provide insight on how the invoicing and collections process can be improved, and drive new initiatives (such as direct debit collections)
  • Enhance and develop processes and procedures for the function
  • Build an effective relationship with all parts of the business, delivering a well respected and efficient invoicing service
  • Collaborate with the wider finance team to consolidate financial systems and ensure invoicing needs are met
  • Manage and develop invoicing clerks
  • Complete other activities as directed in a timely and effective manner
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of prior experience within invoicing
  • Supervisory / managerial experience is highly advantageous
  • Professional accountancy certifications would be desirable
  • Experience with finance system migrations would be beneficial
  • Effective communication with experience reporting to management
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational and analytical skills
  • Proactively takes ownership of work with a drive for results
  • Strong Excel and computer skills
  • Understanding of multi-currency, working in a global environment
