- Plan, organize, and implement market survey to obtain data that provides insights to market trends and consumer requirements
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team, Chefs and Creatives
- Develop marketing strategies and execute plans for new and existing F&B concepts/products, which may include events, traditional media relations, social media marketing, aggregator collaborations (Grab/Food Panda), drive to website efforts and influencer collaborations, among others
- Analyze post marketing plan execution results, following KPI and ROAS targets
- Keep in touch with the market to stay ahead of trends that could impact or be re-applied to the business
- Oversee the design and publication of promotional materials such as ad posts and flyers
- Monitor the performance of products in the market to modify marketing strategies where necessary

- Graduate of B.S. Marketing
- Well experienced in F&B industry (Restaurant) as Marketing Assistant Manager or Marketing Manager
- Analytical, Creative with excellent Communication Skills, flexible with good characteristics
- Willing to be trained and able to start immediately

We are seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist with a proven track record in stakeholder management, marketing automation, and ideally cloud technology. This role requires a professional with at least 4-5 years of experience in managing and optimizing marketing automation processes, particularly within Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Customer Data Platforms (CDP). The specialist will work as part of a collaborative team while working as part of a global marketing stakeholders community, overseeing requests, providing training, following marketing processes, governance, and best practices. The specialist will perform tasks assigned by the Corporate Communications Support Team Manager, Marketing Automations Manager and the Global Head of Web and Marketing Technology.
- Primary point of contact for stakeholders across global teams, ensuring requirements are captured, prioritized, and implemented within marketing automation platforms
- Manage the completeness of requests and related documents submitted to the marketing automation request queue
- Design and implement advanced, multi-channel marketing automation campaigns using templates, ensuring compliance with governance, brand guidelines, and best practices
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud; multi-channel campaigns, retargeting, campaign optimization
- Train internal stakeholders for tools and processes; mentor Level 1 Marketing Automation Specialists
- Co-manage configuration of webinars and surveys; train marketers to run cross-channel promotions
- Support tool integrations and ensure processes adhere to best practices
- QA on campaigns; ensure compliance with processes, governance, brand guidelines, and best practices
- Adhere to SLA with prompt responses within 24 hours and timely completion of requests
- Proactive & cross-functional collaboration to support team objectives
- Stay updated with marketing automation trends and suggest process improvements
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in information management, marketing, communications, or equivalent
- Strong analytical skills; ability to collect, organize, and analyze information with attention to detail
- Experience in web publishing and supporting technologies (HTML, CSS, Adobe Photoshop, etc.) is an advantage
- 1-2 years of HTML and CSS experience (mandatory)
- Stakeholder management experience; IT background preferred
- 1-2 years of Eloqua Marketing Automation experience
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Fresh graduates with HTML/CSS knowledge are welcome to apply
