PREFERABLY WITH EXPERIENCE IN CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY.

  • Timely and accurate processing and releasing of RFPs and SRs - Process and release RFPs and SRs in a timely manner to initiate the procurement process for various corporate needs. Ensure that all documentation and information in RFPs and SRs are accurate, complete, and compliant with procurement policies and corporate requirements. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and specifications.
  • Maintain accurate and complete inventory of office supplies, tools, and equipment - Establish and maintain an organized inventory system to track all office supplies, tools, and equipment. Regularly update the inventory database to accurately reflect the quantity, condition, and location of these items. Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure that essential supplies and equipment are always available for corporate operations.
  • Reports - Prepare and submit regular reports on procurement activities, inventory management, and compliance with corporate procurement policies. Provide analysis and insights based on procurement data to support decision-making and cost-efficiency. Ensure that all reports are accurate, complete, and submitted within designated deadlines.
  • RCX - Ensure that all procurement activities comply with relevant corporate policies, regulations, and industry best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization to align procurement activities with corporate objectives and goals.
