Information Technology System Support Analyst (Procurement or Supply Chain) We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Systems Support Analyst to support and maintain procurement and supply chain applications. The ideal candidate will have experience with platforms such as Smart GEP or SAP Ariba , combined with a strong foundation in application support and IT service management (ITSM). Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for procurement and supply chain systems. Manage incidents, requests, and changes following ITIL/ITSM best practices using ServiceNow . Coordinate testing, validation, and deployment activities with cross-functional IT and business teams. Collaborate with procurement and supply chain stakeholders to understand business processes, resolve issues, and recommend improvements. Participate in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) , focusing on system stability, optimization, and continuous improvement. Maintain clear documentation for configurations, issue resolutions, and standard operating procedures. Qualifications: Proven experience supporting vendor or SaaS applications (preferably Smart GEP or SAP Ariba ). Strong understanding of ITSM frameworks including Incident and Change Management . Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow for managing incidents, tasks, and changes. Excellent coordination, communication, and problem‑solving skills . Ability to work collaboratively with both technical teams and business stakeholders. Preferred: Familiarity with procurement and supply chain workflows, including requisitioning, sourcing, and invoicing processes. Preferred Background: 2–4 years of experience in application support or IT systems analysis . Experience in enterprise procurement or supply chain environments.
