To support our continued growth, we are strengthening our finance team and seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor . The Role We're looking for a Licensed CPA to lead our accounting team and ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and insightful financial analysis. You will supervise accounting staff, manage financial reporting and tax compliance, and provide management with clear insights into costs, budgets, and cash flow. As we modernize our systems, you'll also help ensure accounting processes align with new tools and workflows, supporting a smoother transition — but your primary responsibility will always be leading the accounting function. Key Responsibilities Supervise and mentor accounting staff to ensure accuracy and compliance. Oversee general accounting, cost analysis, tax filings, and financial reporting. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management and regulators. Monitor budgets, manage cash flow, and support financial planning. Develop and strengthen internal controls, policies, and procedures. Provide management with timely analysis to support decision-making. Qualifications Licensed CPA with at least 2 years' supervisory experience (audit background a plus). Minimum 4-5 years total accounting experience preferred. Strong expertise in cost accounting, taxation, and compliance. Manufacturing or production industry experience preferred. Minimum 1-2 years hands-on cost accounting experience preferred. Proficient in financial reporting, analysis, and audit practices. Familiarity with accounting systems/ERP a plus. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
