Client Success Manager – Yokly Connect

Yokly is looking for a proactive Client Success Manager to join our Yokly Connect team within the Client Journey Department . If you excel in client satisfaction, leadership, and team performance, we want you on our team

What You’ll Do:

Understand Clients & Provide Solutions – Identify client needs and develop tailored solutions.
Manage Admin & Sales Tasks – Handle client requests efficiently and suggest proactive solutions.
Build Strong Relationships – Communicate effectively, showcase service benefits, and maintain client trust.
Lead & Motivate the Team – Guide and train team members for top performance.
Solve Problems & Manage Crises – Stay calm, make quick decisions, and implement effective solutions.
Track & Report Data – Maintain accurate records and create insightful reports.
Strategize & Research – Develop plans for continuous improvement and gather valuable insights.
Stay Organized & Manage Schedules – Keep projects on track and ensure smooth operations.

Preferred Skills:

Project Management – Ability to oversee and streamline tasks efficiently.
Marketing – Experience in marketing strategies to enhance client engagement.
