Key Responsibilities Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals. Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Lead and manage operations teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Establish performance metrics, monitor KPIs, and prepare regular reports for senior leadership. Collaborate with department heads to optimize workflows and resource allocation. Manage budgets, forecasts, and operational expenditures. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity. Drive process improvements and innovation initiatives. Represent operations in executive meetings and contribute to strategic planning. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. Minimum 4+ years of experience in operations leadership roles. Proven track record of managing large teams and complex operations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision‑making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
