The Trade Marketing Specialist role supports the associate manager in strategy development and leads execution of planned initiatives covering accounts/areas assigned.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop localized tactical initiatives per region and/or per account
  • Support in developing strategy for the channel or account under his/her responsibility addressing gaps and opportunities that will help grow SOM, availability, and volume
  • Monitor initiatives, monitor performance and update best practices
  • Post-promo review, analysis, and recommendation
  • Execute PICOS strategy
  • Coordinates stock supportability with Marketing Logistics
  • Leads POSM development, production and deployment
  • Administer budget release and monitor usage
  • Regular account engagement
Suitable Candidates Will Need To Demonstrate
  • Preferably Bachelor’s degree in Business-related discipline
  • At least 1-2 years' work experience in channel marketing
  • FMCG or CPG experience is an advantage
  • Project Management, Financial Basics
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
