Responsibilities
  • TECHNICAL PROJECT SCOPING & COORDINATION: Gathers client requirements for development/technical projects. Documents the User Requirements as User Stories and defines the User Acceptance Criteria. Works with key stakeholders to prioritize tasks and tickets. Cascades requirements and changes to internal teams for production. Leads project kickoff to ensure proper cascade and resource assignment. Provides clear and regular updates to internal and external stakeholders. Coordinates with the Scrum Master to ensure timely and successful delivery. Coordinates with the client for content/data collection and with the creative team for UI/UX changes. Updates the Knowledge Base System for project updates and proper documentation.
  • SOFTWARE TESTING AND CLIENT ACCEPTANCE: Checks software readiness by ensuring that the acceptance criteria are met. Conducts user acceptance tests with the client to ensure product delivery is complete and within scope. Works with the accounts team on pitches and new requirements. Gathers data-driven trends to shape technical strategy. Keeps abreast of new technologies and evaluates platform advantages and limitations.
  • CLIENT SERVICING AND STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT: Builds and manages long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients through exceptional service on a day-to-day basis.
Requirements
  • A bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, management, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business/system analysis, product owner, or related field.
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate to determine acceptable solutions.
  • Excellent documentation skills and fundamental technical, analytical, and conceptual thinking.
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
  • Track record of following through on commitments; strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Experience leading and developing top-performing teams; history of leading and supporting successful projects.
  • Willingness to work on-site if required; option to work from anywhere otherwise.
