Reporting to: Head of Product
The RoleWe are seeking a Product Owner to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for owning and prioritising the backlog for multiple special projects and smaller-scale products across the organisation. You’ll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, collaborate with top talent worldwide, and make a real impact in the industry.
Key Responsibilities- Own and prioritise the backlog for multiple special projects and smaller-scale products across the organisation
- Drive delivery of initiatives as part of the day-to-day product development stream, ensuring continuous improvement and business alignment.
- Establish and manage processes for proof of concepts (PoCs) and R&D, including scoping, validation, documentation, and structured decision-making on scale/pivot/sunset.
- Act as the main point of contact for special projects, ensuring clear stakeholder alignment, communication, and accountability.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery with Development, Design, and Operations to bring new initiatives from concept to production.
- Maintain clear documentation of products, platforms, and processes, ensuring scalability and smooth handover when required
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally in iGaming, SaaS, or another fast-paced product environment.
- Proven ability to manage and deliver across multiple products or initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong background in working with proof of concepts (PoCs), MVPs, and R&D initiatives with quick iteration cycles.
- Comfortable in high-change environments with shifting priorities and evolving scope.
- Strong technical understanding to work effectively with Development teams (APIs, integrations, data flows).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to align leadership, operations, and tech teams.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to introduce structure, documentation, and process to innovation-focused projects.
- Experience in innovation teams, incubators, or with cross-product special projects in iGaming/tech.
- Familiarity with early-stage product discovery, validation techniques, and rapid prototyping.
- Background in player-facing tools, engagement features, or community-driven initiatives.
