2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Job Responsibilities Ensure production targets are achieved in a timely, safe and cost‑efficient manner, all within the quality standard and in full alignment with company values. Coordinate the daily field activities requirements from the field service provider. Work with growers and local government leaders within the contract growing location for the production of hybrid seed corn. Facilitate seed grower contracting with input from the Field Operations Leader, Legal and Finance departments. Plan and secure field area requirements based on the volume plan for seed production; ensure availability of resources (manpower, farm equipment, tools, facilities and raw materials) needed in the production of high‑quality hybrid seeds. Ensure the accuracy in the implementation of sound agronomy management in planting, fertilizer application, irrigation, weed, insects and disease control for maximum yield level. Implement Corteva quality standards of isolation, rouging and detasseling in close coordination with the Quality Assurance Leader. Schedule and control harvest flow in close coordination with the Plant Operations Leader or harvest coordinator. Ensure safe, effective and efficient management of field production processes in accordance with Corteva EHS&S policies and brand values. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy or related field. 3–5 years of experience in crop production, field operations or agribusiness. Strong leadership and coordination skills. Familiarity with seed production processes and quality standards. Ability to work with growers, government officials and internal teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data reporting.
