About the role
The Compensation and Benefits Specialist support the HR team in administering salary structures, benefits programs, and employee rewards. The role ensures accurate processing of employee compensation and benefits while maintaining compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Key ResponsibilitiesCompensation Support
Assist in preparing payroll data by providing accurate compensation details.
Help in maintaining salary records and updating employee compensation files.
Support the implementation of salary adjustments, bonuses, and incentives.
Benefits Administration
Coordinate employee enrollment in health, insurance, and retirement plans.
Handle employee inquiries about benefits and provide assistance.
Support vendor coordination for benefits programs.
Compliance & Documentation
Maintain employee compensation and benefits records in HRIS.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Assist in the preparation of reports for audits and government compliance.
HR Support
Provide administrative support to the HR/Compensation & Benefits team.
Participate in employee orientation to explain compensation and benefits programs.
Assist in compensation surveys and market data gathering.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field .
At least 1–2 years of HR experience (preferably in compensation, payroll, or benefits).
Familiarity with HRIS and MS Excel.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
High level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
