Area Sales & Operations Manager - Quezon City Area R2 Group Makati, National Capital Region, Philippines Reports to the Head of Operations, supervising directly the Store Managers and Store Supervisors. Qualifications Ability to work under pressure Has confidence, drive and enthusiasm Decisive and high sense of accountability Ability to plan and organize Commercial and sales acumen Good leadership and people management Goal oriented At least 3 years of work experience in the related field Willing to travel via public transportation (transportation allowance provided) Experience in multi‑store operations in retail Willing to work Monday to Saturday and holidays Responsibilities Plan and implement approved budget in line with annual profitability targets by monitoring sales revenues and managing cost. Implement store SOPs including selling and cash management, facilities maintenance and upkeep. Ensure delivery of exceptional customer service and operational and financial standards throughout stores within the cluster and drive sales and profitability through performance and development of Service Leaders and staff. Monitor direct reports/staff in assigned stores. Attend and resolve customer concerns.
