Turtle Wax Philippines is looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Area Sales Coordinator to oversee and support our sales team across multiple branches. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on organization, people management, and driving sales growth.

As an Area Sales Coordinator, you will ensure that our promodisers are well-trained, well-scheduled, and performing at their best — all while helping deliver exceptional sales results across assigned areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assign sales branches/locations and set quotas for promodisers.
  • Coordinate training, scheduling, and approve overtime requests.
  • Monitor sales targets, analyze customer data, and provide performance feedback.
  • Conduct bi-monthly meetings with promodisers to address sales performance and branch concerns.
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize campaigns and promotions.
  • Visit branches to check displays, stock levels, and promodiser performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, retail management, or a similar role
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Highly organized, analytical, and goal-driven
  • Willing to travel and conduct branch visits regularly
