Join our Transcom Family as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for Logistics Campaign

The CSR’s main task is to provide a full range of customer service to clients via phone, fax, or email, including handling incoming and outgoing calls (including sales calls). The service should be accurate, polite, and competent. Additional duties may include data entry and back-office tasks, which should be completed accurately and promptly. Responsibilities may expand as the business needs evolve.
