Job Description:

About the Role :
We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Operations Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing payroll processes, validating timesheets, resolving payroll concerns, and ensuring accuracy and compliance. You’ll work closely with Billing, Account Management, and other internal teams to support Healthcare Professionals and improve payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pull reports from Vendor Management Systems and allocate Healthcare Professionals’ time across Payroll Ops and Billing.
• Validate submitted timesheets and allocate hours in compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• De-escalate complex payroll concerns by communicating directly with Healthcare Professionals.
• Manage inquiries, payroll discrepancies, and escalations through the internal ticketing system, ensuring resolution within 24 hours.
• Meet or exceed team SLAs for accuracy, customer satisfaction, and turnaround time.
• Perform quality control audits of payroll submissions, tax compliance, benefits adjustments, and reimbursements before payroll deadlines.
• Collaborate with Billing, Account Management, and Navigators to streamline processes and improve payroll support.
• Review contract agreement payment terms and apply them appropriately to timesheets.
• Handle other duties or special projects as assigned.

Must Haves:

• At least 2 years of relevant payroll experience.
• Familiarity with tools such as Zendesk, Trello, Aircall, and Looker is a plus
• Strong numeracy skills and keen attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of payroll software.
• Excellent customer service with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to do full onsite training in Ayala Avenue Makati, then transition to a hybrid setup (3x a week onsite) after training. Note: can report to different PSG workspaces while on hybrid set up: Ayala Avenue, Makati, SM North Edsa, Mall of Asia, or Alabang.
