A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE
As a Recruitment Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing vital administrative support to Recruitment Consultants and Account Managers to help deliver effective recruitment solutions and maintain strong business relationships with clients and candidates.
Your Daily Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support throughout the candidate application process
  • Post and manage job advertisements on job boards and social media
  • Source and pool candidates through online platforms, including LinkedIn
  • Conduct candidate interviews, screening, assessments, reference checks, and inductions
  • Fill temporary and permanent job orders in compliance with procedures
  • Participate in after-hours roster and provide related support
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry in internal systems (e.g., Cobweb)
  • Support Account Managers in preparing and delivering marketing materials
  • Assist with payroll support such as collecting and processing timesheets
  • Maintain compliance with WHS policies and support candidate inductions
  • Record all activity in Cobweb and submit reports as required
  • Ensure professionalism, confidentiality, and adherence to EEO, harassment, and workplace diversity policies
What You’ll Bring
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Experience with MS Office, databases, and digital media
  • Background in recruitment or HR is a plus
  • Understanding of WHS, IR, and EEO processes is desirable
